Offering on-the-job mentoring and assessments, Jordan ensures that every step aligns with the stringent criteria in the qualification framework, guaranteeing not just competence but excellence in your TTM journey.

TTM Worker

A one-day introductory session for people starting out in the temporary Traffic Management Industry their journey begins with the TTM Worker Workshop. Starting with theory in the morning, followed by hands-on practical tasks at a live TTM site in the afternoon.

Traffic Management Operative

A one-day workshop acts as a substitute for the outgoing TC (Traffic Controller) session and marks the second phase in obtaining various TTM qualifications, including STMS.

Site Traffic Management Supervisor Universal
(STMS-U)

A two-day workshop tailored for individuals stepping into the role of an STMS for the first time. Ideal for those progressing in their TTM journey and aiming to assume the responsibilities of an STMS.

Site Traffic Management Supervisor Universal – A/B
(STMS A/B – NP)

A two-day workshop designed for individuals transitioning into the role of an STMS, following the completion of the STMS universal workshop. This workshop specifically focuses on the operational aspects of being an STMS in Category A & B road environments.

Refresher: Site Traffic Management Supervisor – A/B

A one-day workshop designed for individuals who need to renew their current or recently expired STMS qualification. This workshop will provided the trainee with a non-practising Qualification for both category A & B Road environments.

Site Traffic Management Supervisor - Mobile

A half-day workshop tailored for individuals engaged in work activities conducted along the road or roadside - such as maintenance grading, road sweeping, and mowing.

Inspectors Workshop

A one-day workshop tailored for individuals engaged in non-invasive activities, emphasizing on-foot work with minimal disruption to road users. Featuring theory sessions in the morning and practical tasks on Cat A and B roads in the afternoon.

Traffic Management Operative
(TMO-P)

In addition to the workshop, if you seek the Practicing Qualification, a TTM Mentor will assess you on the following:

  • Setting up, maintaining, and removing TTM at static worksites on shoulders, berms, or footpaths.

  • Maintaining closures: lane merges, lane shifts, cycle lanes, or priority control with TSL.

  • Utilizing conflict resolution techniques on the worksite.

Site Traffic Management Supervisor – A/B - P Practising
(STMS A/B – P)

To qualify for a Practicing Qualification in upon completion of the non-practising workshop, you need to complete two (2) closures for your chosen road Category(ies), which must be observed and endorsed by a TTM Mentor. Closure examples include:

STMS Mobile Practising Qualification

After finishing the STMS Mobile Non-Practising workshop, if you're transitioning to an onsite STMS for Mobile operations, on-the-job coaching with a TTM Mentor is required.

This entails:

  • Verification of 2 mobile closures by your TTM Mentor, and

  • Observation of 1 mobile closure by a TTM Assessor.
