Site Traffic Management Supervisor - Mobile
Non-Practicing
This half day workshop is tailored for individuals engaged in work activities conducted along the road or roadside.
Activities such as maintenance grading, road sweeping, and mowing fall within this scope.
Workshop Overview
It's essential to note that this qualification is exclusively for mobile operations, prohibiting the qualification holder from overseeing the installation of static sites (such as shoulder closures or stop/go activities). Conversely, the STMS Cat A/B qualification allows for both static sites and mobile operations.
Learning Outcomes
Mobile activities conducted off the live lane (e.g., mowing a berm)
Mobile activities conducted on the live lane (e.g., road marking).
Mobile activities that remain stationary for no more than 10 minutes
To advance to a practicing qualification, the next step involves completing the STMS mobile practising mentoring & assessment. Further details on pursuing the practising qualification can be found here.

Pre-requisites
STMS Universal
L1 STMS who have completed the new Refresher (i.e., Attend the new refresher course to gain 31962. If you attended an STMS refresher after April 2021, you should have this).
