Traffic Management Operative - P (TMO-P)
In addition to the workshop, if you seek the Practicing Qualification, a TTM Mentor will assess you on the following:
Setting up, maintaining, and removing TTM at static worksites on shoulders, berms, or footpaths.
Maintaining closures: lane merges, lane shifts, cycle lanes, or priority control with TSL.
Utilizing conflict resolution techniques on the worksite.
Course Overview
If your organization lacks a TTM Mentor, JR Civil offers comprehensive mentoring verification services.
Furthermore, practical on-site assessments, observed and signed off by our TTM Assessor, cover the following:
Setting up, maintaining, and removing TTM at static worksites on Cat A or B roads, ensuring all equipment is clear of live lanes, over kerbs and channels, outside edgelines, or outside the edge or seal.
Maintaining closures: controlling alternating flow.
Performing inspection activities on Cat A and B roads.
UNIT STANDARD
Upon successful completion of the practical assessment, the TMO-P qualification will be awarded, a unit standard (US:31960) can also be awarded providing certain pre-requisite criteria has been met.
